At first, we were reluctant, however, we were impressed with her work ethic (walking the neighborhood to find her client their dream home). So we invited her in. She said her buyer wasn't approved for what she was certain she could sell our house for. So she asked us for the opportunity to list our house IF we were thinking about selling it. Little did she know we recently purchased a home in TN. We liked Jennifer immediately. She was confident, realistic, knowledgeable and professional. We decided to sell both our townhomes in Porter Ranch to obtain a larger home for entertaining. Additionally, we wanted a more serene environment with less high density housing. You seemed the right fit upon first meeting you. You sold one townhome in less than 2 hours and the other in less than a week! You were consciencous about our needs, knowledgeable, patient and never pushed us into the sale. You kept us informed about what was occurring during each sale and purchase. She is am amazing Realtor, now a friend and part of our family. We moved to Simi Valley from Northern CA and started looking for a home for the two of us. Darryl met Jennifer at an Open House. Although the house wasn't right for us, she immediately started researching properties that were more suitable.
